- appointments not canceled by 3pm the prior business day
are considered a “no-show”
- clients with two “no-shows” in the same twelve month period
will be asked to secure their next appointment with a credit card
- “no-shows” on secured appointments will result in a
$36 no-show fee charged to the credit card
